When it comes to getting my children to eat healthy, I’ve learned that it’s all in the presentation. No sweetheart, that’s not a pouch full of pureed prunes, that’s a smoothie! …and so on. Let’s be real.  If you saw me right now you’d probably say, “wow, she looks tired.” And you might (correctly) assume that I’m not getting enough sleep.
